Apa/ Agatu Youth Rally Around Displaced Communities
A group of youths from Apa/ Agatu Constituency in Benue State has embarked on a humanitarian outreach, providing relief materials to displaced persons in Akpete, Ankpali (Edikwu), and Ikobi communities.
According to eyewitnesses, the team, led by Vincent Ochofie Odebugu, distributed essential items, including rice, garri, and clothing, to the affected communities.
The outreach initiative, organized by the Apa-Agatu Political Roundtable Quick Response Team, aimed to provide support to those displaced by recent conflicts in the region.
Community leaders, including Hon. Solomon, Youth Leader of Akpete, and Mr. Andrew Obeka, elder from Akpete, expressed gratitude to the youths for their kindness and generosity.
The initiative has been hailed as a testament to the power of community solidarity and the impact of collective efforts on the lives of others.
