*AGATU HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVIST COMR OCHOKWUNU DANIEL EDOR SPEAKS OUT AGAINST HYPOCRISY AND INJUSTICE*
Comr Ochokwunu Daniel Edor, a prominent human rights activist from Agatu, has condemned the hypocrisy and silence of some community leaders amidst the ongoing Egba and Ologba crisis. In a strongly-worded statement, Edor expressed frustration with those who criticize truth-tellers while failing to present alternative perspectives or work towards resolving the conflict.
Edor, who has experienced personal loss and hardship, declared his willingness to die for the truth, emphasizing that he is not afraid of death. He criticized the community’s leaders and elders for perpetuating violence and neglecting the future of Agatu, pointing out that many schools in the area have been destroyed.
“The he-goats and idiots who trespass into another person’s land started this mess, and their headless children are continuing it,” Edor stated. “Our leaders are supporting violence instead of working towards peace and progress.”
Edor called out the hypocrisy of those who claim the issue is too complex or that he is too small to speak out, saying, “A man without integrity is already a threat to society.”
The activist urged critics to “get out” and warned that God will judge those perpetuating injustice. Edor remains committed to speaking truth to power and advocating for justice in Agatu.
