*APC Internal Crisis: Acting Chairman Suspended, Not Hon. Ojotu Ojema*
An internal crisis within Agatu APC has led to the suspension of acting chairman Omaruwa, not Hon. Ojotu Ojema, according to a statement by Comr Ochokwunu Daniel Edor.
Omaruwa, from Ogwule Kaduna, was installed as acting chairman following the suspension of the party chairman, but allegedly developed personal ambitions and refused to align with a party agreement for the chairman to come from Ogwule Ogbaulu.
The party suspended Omaruwa for anti-party activities, but he has allegedly been spreading propaganda claiming Hon. Ojotu Ojema was suspended.
The Obagaji Ward executive, including 27 working committee members, have expressed solidarity with Ojema, dismissing claims of his suspension as false.
The statement urges the public to disregard misinformation and attributes Omaruwa’s actions to external influence and personal gain.
