*AGATU COMMUNITY ROCKED BY TENSIONAL ALLEGATIONS: Come Ochokwunu Daniel Accuse Samuel Ofugocho of Playing Tribal Card in Ongoing Land Dispute*
A troubling development has emerged in Agatu Local Government Area, as comr Ochokwunu Daniel Edor leader and convener of Agatu National Youth Council ANYC has made serious allegations against an individual accused of inciting tribal tensions in the ongoing fish pond dispute between Egba and Ologba communities.
The ANYC leader, claims the individual in question is playing a tribal card, allegedly on the instructions of politicians. The individual had previously sent threatening messages, claiming Egba people being responsible for the murder of the ANYC leader’s brother, ABUH Unbeatable.
The Agatu National Youth Council leader, Comr Ochokwunu Daniel Edor denies supporting either Egba or Ologba, stating he stand for justice. He question the individual’s claim that AdogojI clans are orchestrating the conflict, citing it as unlikely, given AdogojI’s strength and numbers.
The leader is calling for the Agatu local government Chairman Hon. James Melvin Ejeh and the Nigeria Police Force to invite the individual for questioning, citing “grave indictment”. He also urge AdogojI clan to address the allegations.
