*NAAS Donates #40,000 Worth of Books to Schools in Apa LGA.*

The National Association of Apa Students (NAAS), under the leadership of Rt. Comr. Noah Oche Sule, has taken a significant step in promoting education at the grassroots level. In line with the “Operation Educate Apa Students from the Grassroots” initiative, NAAS donated 50 copies of fictitious tale books, valued at ₦40,000, to various secondary and primary schools in Apa Local Government Area (LGA).

During a visit to UBE Ugbokpo, Comr. Noah Oche Sule personally handed over copies of the books to the school’s library. The Vice Principal expressed deep appreciation for the gesture, acknowledging the impact of such support on students’ academic development.

Similarly, the NAAS leadership visited Government Secondary School (GSS) Ugbokpo, where additional copies of the books were donated. The Principal of GSS Ugbokpo described the initiative as unprecedented, stating that it was the first time a student union had made such a contribution to the school. He expressed gratitude on behalf of the students and staff, emphasizing the importance of inclusivity in NAAS’s educational initiatives.

Furthermore, Christ the King Academy Ugbokpo also benefited from the donation. In response, the school’s management convened an urgent meeting to appreciate NAAS for extending its support to secondary and primary school students. Several other schools across Apa LGA also received copies of the fiction books with great excitement.

Speaking on the donation, Comr. Noah Oche Sule reaffirmed NAAS’s commitment to grassroots education and ensuring that secondary and primary school students in Apa feel included in the association’s mission. He also pledged to initiate more projects that would benefit students across the region.

He further extended his appreciation to the leaders and supporters who contributed morally and financially to making the project a reality. NAAS remains committed to empowering students and looks forward to more support in advancing educational development in Apa LGA.
