You were sick or fat before you get back your desired shape or health
So Take a paper and pen
Write down at least 7-10 things or habits that helped you to burn your excess fat or brought your health back
Then do the following
✅Continue eating healthy meals
✅Never go back to your old habits
✅Portion your food the right way
✅If you know all the exercises, habits and routines that helped you achieve your desired results, don’t drop them completely.
