WHY AM I URINATING FREQUENTLY ?

WHY AM I URINATING FREQUENTLY ?

When you see yourself visiting the rest room frequently, especially at night, your mind automatically drifts to ‘ DIABETES ‘. This is what the western idea of medicine, mostly teach.

Well, in a kind of way, because the lifestyle of this current age is perverted;
1. Foods, humanly/chemically modified
2. Drinks, chemically preserved
3. Medicine, chemicals
4. Habits, unhealthy
5. Inventions used on the body are hazardous…..
It’s only right to say, most cases of frequent urination are direct consequences of our wrong lifestyles. One of which westerners termed ‘ diabetes ‘.
Still doesn’t mean, all cases of frequent urination is symptomatic.
So many conditions in which every human could and should urinate frequently;
1. When the weather is cold
We got 3 means of excretion of wastes from the body.
* sweat through the skin
* urine through bladder
* feces through anus
During cold, your sweat glands are more of passive. You don’t sweat, so, your wastes through the other channels, especially bladder, are more. I just talked from a naturopath’s point of view. The western medicine, would surely have their own terminologies.
In summary, you shouldn’t be surprised urinating even 50 times daily, in cold weather. If you don’t want that, maybe because you are in an uncondusive environment, then dress up to keep warm.

2. Fever
You don’t sweat while feverish. Your liquid wastes go out only through urine ( you urinate more ). A sign fever is leaving you is the appearance of sweat and reduction in urine frequency.

3. Much water intake
It’s only natural to give as much as you receive. Like the saying ” to whom much is given, more is expected “. The more water you feed the body, the more liquid waste ( urine ) you produce.
This is to say, If you got the habit of much water intake, you shouldn’t be surprised you visit the rest room 20 times a day

4. Intake of Citrus juices
Juices of the likes of lemons, pineapples, oranges, limes, grapes, tangerines, clementines, etc, stimulate the………
After drinking the juice of any of these fruits, expect frequent urination.

5. Stimulants
The likes of kolas, caffeineted drinks e.g coffee, cocoa, green tea, pepper mint, etc

6. Spices
Ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, garlic, fenugreek, pepper mint, cayenne pepper, etc

7. Herbs
Zobo ( hibiscus ), basil ( scent leaves ), parsley, mint, rosemary, thyme, oregano, Bay leaves, lemon grasses, neem ( dongoyaro ) leaves, Guava leaves, pawpaw leaves, fennel, etc
These are reasons why you might urinate frequently, save for Ill health.

So, how do I know if my frequent urination is not illness related?
Check your lifestyle!
If you are not in any of the above listed conditions, yet, urinate frequently and over a long period of time, accompanied with several other symptoms, ” no need to panic, just relax ”
It’s western medicine who gave you a name ‘ diabetes ‘ and told you ‘ it’s incurable ‘. Smiles…..there is no jargon like that in nature.
All you need is a total lifestyle overhaul; undo all your wrong and never return that way again, shikena!‍♀
That’s what cure entails.

Smiles……if you got any ailment, kindly reach out to me for meal plan and natural treatment.
