*LIST OF SOME WRONG LIFESTYLES*
Many things are happening around the world today, in regards to health, so many things are blamed except for the way we live, chromosomes, genes, heredity, race, virus, etc, hence, many are running after frivolities, acclaimed medicines, that only give mirages as healing, ignoring the source of their problems and because of this, the human health keeps failing.
How do you identify a wrong lifestyle?
Every human is a handwork of nature, hence, our bodies can only function maximally in their original/natural make, any way of life outside what nature created the body to accept, will break down the body overtime, this is the simple reason behind all of the health failure we see today.
Knowing the source of your problem is the number 1 cure to any challenge, so can we take a look at so many things we do today that’s marring our health?
1. Orthodox medications: Nature created its own medicine for the human body ( herbs and foods ), not combination of chemicals. makes this lifestyle, a source of health failure!
2. Humanly modified foods:
Nature equally created its own foods for the body it created ( Whole foods/fresh farm foods ), but what we have around the world today, are some stuff that have been chemically processed, refined, packaged, a very far cry from their original state. Makes this lifestyle a source of health failure!
3. Iron/push up/tight bras:
The breasts are pure fats, hence, volatile! These wears place the breasts in an enclosed, suffocating, and fixed state ( no proper blood flow ). Makes this a source of breast diseases !
4. Sanitary pads:
The components of this product are toxic to the human body, women who use it, always get deposits of these toxins, flow in through their vaginas to their inner systems. Makes this a source of reproductive system diseases!
5. Smoking:
Smoke isn’t to be ingested by man, too much of smoke passing through the respiratory paths whether deliberately or via environmental/air pollution inflames the airways. Makes this a source of inflammatory diseases ( asthma, lung diseases, tuberculosis, etc )
6. Alcohol :
This is off it’s naturally safe state for ingestion, because it’s fermented and even chemically processed/preserved. Makes this a source of health failure!
7. Contraceptives:
Every woman should conceive via sex and on her fertile days, this invention opposes this course of nature, reverses reproduction. Makes this a source of so many health plagues today, e.g hormonal issues ( goitre ), cancers especially with the reproductive system, problem with conception, eye balls bulging out, etc
8. Complete shaving of genital hairs:
These hairs were created by nature as a form of covering/protection against some micro-organisms, shaving them completely leaves the genitals open and directly accessible for all manner of infections. Makes this a source of infections ( kidney issues )
9. Eye glasses:
These inventions replace the eyes and carryout their functions, leaving the human eyes passive. Makes these a source of eye defects, overtime, blindness! I used glasses for over 30 years but since I started eating nature,the eyes got healed, I went to national eye center I was told my eyes are perfect,I only cover it from too much sun as advised with non recommended glasses.
10. Unhealthy sex habits:
These are off nature’s design for sex, where the wrong body parts are used to gain pleasure ( mouth for the genitals, etc ), saliva is wrong for the genitals by nature’s design. Makes this a source of genital infections!
11. Heavy chemicals as body creams and soaps:
These are sources of skin cancers
12. Anti-perspirants:
These products alter the natural course of sweating by retarding the flow of sweat from the skin, returning the waste ( sweat ) back to the kidneys, altering their functions . Makes this a source of kidney failure!
13. Use of fertilizers to grow crops
14. Microwaving
15. Poor hygiene
16. Sedentariness
17. Stress
18. Eating late
19. Drinking little or no water
20. Hard drugs
21. Leaving and eating foods uncovered
22. Late sleeping
23. Retaining urination
24. Long term negative emotions e.g depression, anger, sorrow, anxiety, fear, etc
Which are you guilty of?
This is what I stand for, not just diets. You must correct all these and many more first and see the miracle with that ailment.
