The governor of Benue State, Rev Hyacinth Alia welcomes 31 cadets ASP with exceptional performance from the cadets as indigen of Benue.
He expressed his satisfaction over the achievement through his verifed Facebook handle this:
Yesterday, I had the honour of welcoming home 31 exceptional cadet ASPs from the Nigerian Police Academy, Kano, all proud indigenes of Benue State. Among them are 3 first-class graduates; a remarkable feat!
These young men and women have spent the last five years honing their skills and knowledge, and I am overjoyed to see them stand as shining examples of discipline, dedication, and patriotism.
It was a truly heartwarming moment to welcome them back home, knowing that these brilliant officers are not only our future leaders but also the embodiment of the strength and resilience that define our people.
As they continue their journey toward serving the nation, I encouraged them to remain steadfast in their commitment to safeguarding lives and serving the people with integrity. Our state and nation are in great need of individuals like them; people who will protect, uplift, and inspire the next generation.
I am also deeply humbled by the Award of Honour they presented to me, recognizing my leadership and dedication to the welfare of our people. This recognition strengthens my resolve to continue working tirelessly for a greater Benue.
