FECS ATBU Holds Powerful Exam Success Prayer Meeting

The Fellowship of Environmental Christian Students (FECS) at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) Bauchi, recently held a dynamic Exam Success Prayer meeting centered on the theme:
*”The Cry of Batimaeus.”*

The event brought together students, and fellowship leaders for a time of fervent prayer, testimony, and spiritual empowerment.

The meeting commenced with an impactful opening prayer led by the president of FECS, Bro. Joseph Agada Joseph Ofuwoicho when is 4:50-5:05PM. This set a tone of spiritual focus and dependence on God for the students upcoming examinations.

President during opening charge urged the students to read as the pray for the success ahead of them.

A highlight of the event was the praises and worship and sharing of testimonies. The atmosphere was charged with faith as students were encouraged by the tangible evidence of God’s power.

The program also featured PrayerUproar, Cry Uproar, Charge and the presence of several past FECS executive members from the 2022/2023 session, showcasing the enduring legacy of the fellowship. Among them were:

Apst. Peter Paul Akaazua (Former President)

Bro. Amos Bishara (Former Vice President)

Sis. Jane Philip (Former Secretary)

Bro. Paul Umoru Ochoyama (PRO II)

Sis. Naanchi Gyeto

Additionally, immediate past EXCO in attendance including:

Bro. Jerry Japhet (Ex-President)

Bro. Joel Tanko Ngbede (PRO I)

Sis. Helsi Helman (Ex-Treasurer)

Bro. Anthony Godwin (Ex-Prayer Secretary)

Bro. Kolawole Gabriel Dankali (Ex-Bible Study Coordinator)

Sis. Winifred Edmond (Ex-Financial Secretary).

Minister Edibo and min Ob Jacob led an impactful ministration, which was followed by a time of focused prayer. The meeting also incorporated an academic seminar, on the theme: Overcoming examphobia showing FECS commitment to the academic excellence, keenly leadership oriented goals and learning holistic development of its members.

The FECS Choir along with the conference of Nigeria engineering students CONCESS Choir, ministered powerfully in song, creating an atmosphere of worship and spiritual upliftment.

The Vice President of FECS sis. Becky delivered a word of appreciation, expressing gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the event.

The program concluded with a closing prayer led by Bro. Akaazua and Bro. Japhet, commissioning the students to go forth in confidence and faith, trusting God for success in their examinations.
The fellowship of Environmental Christian Students FECE now Fellowship of Excellent Students.

The FECS Exam Success Prayer meeting was a resounding success, equipping students spiritually and mentally for the challenges of the academic session.
