MAY DAY: OJEMA FELICITATES WITH NIGERIAN WORKERS ON WORKERS’ DAY
The Member representing Apa/Agatu Federal Constituency and Chairman, House Committee on National Inland Waterways, Chief. Hon. Pst Ojotu Ojema FESMI, felicitates with Nigerian and Benue Workers, particularly that of Apa/Agatu Federal Constituency as they join their counterparts all over the world to celebrate this year’s Workers’ Day.
Chief Ojema identifies with the workers as one of them in the struggle and Former State Chairman, Joint Public Service Negotiation I, II & III, Benue State Chapter, adding that though he is now a Member of the National Assembly, he is always with them in spirit.
The Aboh-OcheK’Idoma reaffirms the resilience, sacrifice, Patience and the commitment of Workers in discharging their responsibilities for Growth and Development of our country despite poor working conditions.
The Former Union Leader believes that the custodians of the nation’s machinery deserve a fair wage, enhanced welfare and that a labourer is deserving of not just any reward but fair and commensurate wages as enshrined in 1 Timothy 5:17.
The Performing and Award-winning Federal Lawmaker, thanks Benue State Workers for their support, assuring them and the entire people of the Apa/Agatu Federal Constituency of more Dividends of Democracy under his leadership.
