Ado LG chairman congratulates Benue philanthropist, Tsar over AUPG/UNIPGC Doctorate Award
The executive chairman of Ado Local Government area of Benue State, Engineer Oche Sunday Oche has congratulated a renowned Nigerian philanthropist, Engineer Dr. Livinus Adzer Tsar, PhD over his recent Doctorate Degree award.
Dr. Tsar, the Convener of LIVITSAR SUPPORT GROUP For the reelection bid of both President Bola Tinubu and Governor Hyacinth Alia who is also a close ally of the Benue State Governor was awarded a Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Governance by the American University of Peace and Governance in conjunction with the United International Peace at the 3rd Edition of the Global Leadership Investment Summit and Peace Award which held at the House of Lords, British Parliament, London, UK.
In a press statement where he congratulated the awardee, Engineer Oche Sunday Oche stated that the historic award was as a result of Dr. Livinus Tsar’s outstanding contributions to sustainable humanitarian efforts, social work, and development management.
Oche while extending his heartfelt congratulations stated that Dr. Livinus Tsar’s outstanding contributions to sustainable humanitarian efforts, social work, and development management despite that he isn’t a public office holder stand him out among his equals.
Oche lauded the awardee for being the first Benue indigene to receive such historic international Doctorate Degree from the American University of Peace and Governance in conjunction with UNIPGC.
Saying that Engineer Tsar deserve the award as a result of his love, care and efforts to develop the youths and women of Benue State with his personal funds, Oche commended him for his remarkable exploits beyond the borders of Benue State and Nigeria, leaving an indelible mark worthy of high praise as the first Benue indigene to be inducted into the roll call of awardees.
Engr. Oche however urged Dr. Tsar to view this accolade as a renewed call to action, emphasizing the need for an expanded reach to the most vulnerable populations who might not yet have benefited from his commendable “Save Our Soul” program, which earned him international recognition.
He concluded by wishing Dr. Tsar greater heights in his pursuit of an egalitarian society where peace and love prevail.
The United International Peace and Governance Council (UNIPGC) is a Civil Society/Diplomatic organization devoted to the promotion of Sustainable Peace, Good Governance Advocacy and Poverty Eradication across the Globe.
According to the international organization, the Doctorate Award was given to Dr. Tsar, PhD as a result of his dedication to investment, peace and empowering of Nigerian youths, women, the vulnerable and the widows.
The Award is in recognition of the activities of the recipient, Livinus Tsar in ensuring peace, good governance, empowerment, community development and skill acquisition thousands of Benue people.
Chief Tsar has done a lot to support the mandates of the Benue State government in several areas of governance. He has also done a lot to lubricate and oil the wheels of relationships between the state government led by Reverend Father Hyacinth Alia and the people of the state and had also created public awareness on the various activities of government.
Recently, the philanthropist commenced skill acquisition for thousands of Benue State people on sewing, making of organic fertilizer, barbing, hairdressing, shoe making, fabrics making, and many other vocations with a pledge to give N300,000.00 to each participant on completion of the training. Hundreds of trainees who have completed their training have got a sum of N300,000.00 each from the philanthropist.
Apart from this, Chief Tsar through his organization, LIVITSAR SUPPORT GROUP For Alia/Tinubu 2027 had donated several motorized boreholes with reticulation across the twenty local governments of Benue State.
Apart from this, he had donated several trucks of rice and other food items to the vulnerable people across the twenty three local government areas of the State. He had also donated several bundles of Hollandaise wrappers.
Others that attended the historic events were global dignitaries, philanthropists, and leaders committed to advancing peace and good governance worldwide, and among other honorees were H.E. Mike Sonko, former Governor of Nairobi, Kenya; Mr. Victor Alonge; Chief Mrs. Bolaji Juliet Akinmulero; Dr. Carlos Sousa; Mr. Zelig Ifeanyi Okonmah; Jaruwan Vantana; Morenike Oluwaseun; Dr. Bastin Titus Anthony Raj; and Dr. Michael Kanthakaran.
The event was hosted by Dr. Graziella Thake, Secretary General of UNIPGC Australia, with the induction conducted by a member of the UNIPGC Advisory Council on Human Rights and Judicial Cooperation.
In his closing remarks, H.E. Amb. Dr. Jonathan Ojadah, UNIPGC Global President and Permanent Representative to the United Nations, urged the recipients to serve as worthy peace ambassadors and exemplary leaders on the global stage.
Mr. Tsar, who attended the ceremony with close friends including Prof. Kohol Iornem, described the honor as a call to deepen his commitment to sustainable peace and development.
Recall that UNIPGC is Governed by the Supreme Council which constitutes the highest order of the organogram and is headed by the Global President who doubles as the Chairman of the Supreme Council to oversee the affairs of all activities and programs of UNIPGC worldwide.
