*OCH’IDOMA CONFIRMS CHIEF THOMAS IKWULONO AS AKPEKO CLAN HEAD*
*1.* His Royal Majesty, Agabaidu Elaigwu John, the Och’Idoma, has confirmed Chief Thomas Ikwulono Audu as the authentic beaded Clan Head of Akpeko in Agatu Local Government Area.
*2.* The confirmation was made during a peace meeting with Igabo leaders, including Chief Thomas Ikwulono from Ai’Adagbo, Chief Silas Anebi Agidi the Aadu Joko of Akpeko, and Chief Moses Antenyi the Ochai-Ijele from Olubi sub-clan.
*3.* In the meeting, the Och’Idoma attested that the evidence before him showed that Chief Thomas had been recognized since 2nd September, 2001, and wondered why his clanheadship was being contested after 23 years.
*4.* The Och’Idoma stressed that the peace of Akpeko is paramount to Agatu and advised the Igabos to accord Chief Thomas the usual homage and respect.
