*SHOCKING ALLEGATIONS SURFACE AGAINST FORMER AGATU LOCAL GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATOR*
Comr Ochokwunu Daniel Edor, Convener of Agatu National Youth Council, has revealed disturbing allegations against Hon. Michael Umoru Inalegwu, former sole administrator of Agatu Local Government Area. *Inalegwu is accused of orchestrating the murder of 55-year-old Ologba native Usman Audu in 2017*.
Audu was allegedly kidnapped and killed while working on his farm near Islamic Primary School, Obagaji, with his body disposed of without some parts. *Ologba people pointed fingers at Inalegwu at the time, with the allegation going public on March 17, 2017*.
Furthermore, *Inalegwu is accused of releasing EGBA native John Edel (ANACK), who was arrested by Ologba youth for armed intrusion*, despite being handed over to the police and reported to Inalegwu for action. Edel’s weapon was allegedly returned, and the matter was dropped.
These allegations, *made public previously*, suggest Inalegwu’s support for the opposition community, fueling tensions between Egba and Ologba.
Comr Edor calls on Inalegwu to explain these allegations, stating they may contribute to the ongoing crisis. *A town hall meeting with stakeholders is proposed to discuss and clarify the situation*.
Edor emphasizes the need to uncover the origin of Agatu’s problems and those responsible. *”Don’t crack your brain for evidence,” he said, urging Inalegwu to respond to the allegations*.
